So pretty much all my friends have gotten a tumblr. So I, too, decided to make one. At first I had no idea what tumblr was or what the point of it was. But now I am ADDICTED! It's different and so much more expressive because what I can't say in words, I can say in pictures because pictures are worth a thousand words. Its just an amazing way to express yourself. British Accents

So every Thursday is British Thursday, where everyone talks in a British accent. So my friend decided to talk to my teacher in a british accent and then we got him to do it too. It was so funny because everyone makes fun of him and now he just gave them another reason to make fun of him. And he isn't very good. It sounds like a mix between Italian and Australian accents. It was pretty bad. And then we suckered him into letting us go up to the contest, even though most of us had already been. So maybe no one really likes him, but at least he lets us push him over. We literally could do just about anything.

SAT

So for English (jeez, I feel like I talk about my English class alot) we have to do vocab tests on SAT words and lately I have been finding myself actually using them. I guess it was just inevitable (hehhehe vocab word). And today, we went to the edible book contest. I really wish I was that talented:( Yesterday was my friends birthday! So I am going to make her cupcakes and bring them to her game....I am soo excited. I just got this idea this morning, so I guess you could say it was spontaneous*. I am going to dye the batter and the icing to make beautiful cupcakes. And then after, my friend and I are going to go get ice cream. AHHHHH I love ice cream. And, tomorrow is FRIDAY. Finally, I feel like this week has taken forever.

I just found this quote on the philosophy of life...I thought I might as well find something to write on. And this quote sums up just what life really is, unless you change it.
Life... is like a box of chocolates - a cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that no one ever asks for, unreturnable because all you get back is another box of chocolates.  So, you're stuck with mostly undefinable whipped mint crap, mindlessly wolfed down when there's nothing else to eat while you're watching the game.  Sure, once is a while you get a peanut butter cup or an English toffee but it's gone too fast and the taste is fleeting.  In the end, you are left with nothing but broken bits filled with hardened jelly and teeth-shattering nuts, which, if you are desperate enough to eat, leaves nothing but an empty box of useless brown paper.

My Mission Statement

My English teacher is making us write a 'mission statement'. No it isn't something like, "I am going to travel the world and provide children with medical assistance" or something like that. She wants one page on what life is and what we hope to pursue from life. She wants to know what I think about life and what I want to get out of it. Like how dumb is that? Not only does she want all that, but she wants to know what I will do if something terrible is thrown my way. What do you think I'm going to do? I'm going to deal with it. You don't need to know how exaclty I'm going to do that, because I don't even know how I'm going to do that yet. And I don't have a mission statement for my life because I don't want one. I live my life the way I want without anything holding me back. I never think about what I REALLY want out of my life, because what I NEED will somehow, some way, be given to me. I don't have any boundaries and I don't need a mission statement to provide those boundaries for me. I don't need to think about what life is because life just IS. It is just life;someting that is given to us and people are free to do what they want with it. She can't ask me to tell everyone what I think life is. Because no one really knows until they are dying.

Basketball

okay so this post is super random and super short. But this is my basketball team. the girl in the middle is Brooke. And her pants would always ride up to around her belly button and we would ALWAYS make fun of her. So when we got our pictures taken, we just had to do this....and we even recreated this at the banquet. I just received this copy in my email and I just had to share it with everyone! I really miss my team....we had so much fun together and soo many inside jokes. I can't wait until next year now!

Careers

For our english class, we have to research a career that we are interested in. I know what I want to do with my life already, but I don't know all the specifics about what I want to do. So I did some pre-research, and I found out that Pediatric Hematologist Oncologists diagnose and treat children's cancers as well as blood diseases/transfusions and organ transplants. I had no idea it involved so much! And I also learned that I first have to become a pediatrician...then I can go back to school..so overall, I will have 14 years of schooling after graduating high school. Thats crazy! but the rewards are worth it. So bascially, I am now very interested in what everyone else wants to be when they graduate...so if I constantly ask you...Sorry!

Okay so I haven't been doing really much exciting so this post is just going to be random stuff because I was asked....again.....to update it. This stuff is going to be SERIOUSLY random. So here goes:
